So What is Sister Summit?

WHAT?

The first ever 100% all-women backcountry ski & snowboard event, and media production house dedicated for change through research. Sister Summit is committed to amplify the feminine frequency and creating a space that strengthens our community and brings a legacy for future generations.

WHY?

Because sports are male dominated, with a lack of community & equality. There is a need for a women's space that aim to push the sport, redefined the standard, and create an international network of empowered professionals in the outdoor industry.

HOW?

By creating an international community through events and online platforms, and helping women develop skills so they can tap into their fullest potential. Through research, collaboration, advocacy and transparency, our goal is to work on guidelines and recommendations for the industry to become gender equal. Through media production we raise visibility and create opportunities for women in the industry.
