Alongside Michelle Parker, Hedvig Wessel, Lexi duPont, plus a collective of other professional riders, guides, and creatives, we’ll spend four days moving through the Lyngen Alps.

We focus on a holistic approach where we’ll be giving tools for you to tap into your full potential in your personal life and professional career. Through guided skiing and snowboarding, yoga, meditations, breathwork, speaker series and healthy food we bring together a unique experience with the key elements of mind, body and soul.
